Villa Velo Retreat Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot for the Villa Velo retreat. This payment confirms your attendance and reserves your place in the exclusive retreat experience.

2. Refund Policy
All payments for the Villa Velo retreat are non-refundable. By making your payment, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, or changes in personal circumstances. This policy is in place due to the exclusive nature of the retreat and limited availability.

3. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

• Inclusions:
  • Transportation to and from the designated airport.
  • All meals during the retreat, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as part of your package.
• Exclusions:
  • Airfare to and from the retreat location is not included.
  • A la carte packages will be separate from the retreat.
  • Any additional beverages or personal items are the responsibility of the participant.

4. Participant Responsibility Clause
By participating in the Villa Velo retreat, you agree to adhere to the following responsibilities:

• Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, fostering a positive and supportive environment for all attendees. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the retreat without refund.
• Schedule Adherence: Participants must follow the retreat schedule, including workshops, sessions, and group activities, as outlined by the facilitators. Attendance and engagement are key to achieving the retreat's goals and creating a fulfilling experience for all.

5. Liability Terms

• Villa Liability: While every effort is made to ensure participant safety and comfort, Villa Velo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat.
• Personal Responsibility: Participants assume all personal responsibility for their belongings, health, and well-being during the retreat. Any personal medical conditions or special requirements must be communicated prior to the retreat to ensure proper arrangements.
• Force Majeure: Villa Velo is not liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes to the retreat schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of nature, travel restrictions, or other events beyond the control of the retreat organizers.
